How does SpeechVault work?
SpeechVault is a cloud-based app that can be accessed from any device, using a web browser. Once your organisation is onboarded to SpeechVault, you can create as many user accounts as you want. Your team will then be able to log in to SpeechVault, and create and write ‘scripts’. These scripts will be saved in their personal vault, or they can be added to a shared vault that everyone in your organisation can see.
Depending on what languages you have chosen to subscribe to in SpeechVault, your users can listen to their scripts in high quality text-to-speech voices. Once they have chosen a voice and perfected the wording of their script, they can ‘publish’ it. This reminds them that it is been completed, and if the script is in the organisation’s vault, it will appear as published to your other users too.
Once a script is published, it can be downloaded as an audio file in your choice of formats, and used in any other application or on any device. The script will stay in SpeechVault, so that your users can keep track of the exact wording of the scripts, and continue to collaborate on the scripts together. It will also provide you with an audit, for your records.

How much does SpeechVault cost?
To give you the most flexibility and predictable monthly costs, SpeechVault uses Speech Tokens. You can subscribe to a certain amount of Speech Tokens for a fixed monthly cost. You can also choose which languages you would like to use in SpeechVault.
You can test your Script in SpeechVault, and then when it's perfect you may publish the Script. This gives you the option to download the audio file to use wherever you want. This will use a Speech Token.
